AFAP Uganda is part of the larger Alliance of Faith-Based Action for Peace in Africa (AFAP), a group that works to use faith to bring about peace. AFAP's main goal in Uganda is to bring together Christian and Muslim leaders, women's groups, and young people from other denominations to talk about the core causes of local problems.
