Support ICT project implementation • LSHTM system integration • Documentation & training
What You Need
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT or related
- 2+ years in busy research environment
- ITIL, MCSA, MCSE or CCNA (advantage)
- Strong Windows & Linux knowledge
- Networking & hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with lab/sample management systems (plus)
- Customer service & problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently & in teams
