Job Summary
Harleys Ltd seeks a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader with extensive pharmaceutical sales experience. The successful candidate will lead a telesales and field sales team, inspiring them to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.
Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmaceutical sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets
- Manage telesales operations to ensure effective customer engagement and conversion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and healthcare professionals
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and develop strategies to increase market share
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and pharmaceutical industry regulations
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and team development initiatives
Qualifications, Education, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and team leadership
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems and telesales operations is an advantage
- Results-driven with a passion for customer satisfaction and ethical practices
