Main Duties

DutyDescription
Psychosocial SupportHelp pregnant teens with psychosocial support and case management.
Resource ConnectionConnect young people with healthcare, legal help, and job training.
Livelihood ProgramsHelp build livelihood programs that can handle climate problems.
Life Skills TrainingTeach girls life skills and how to be financially independent.
DocumentationWrite down success stories to make the program work better.

Who Should Apply?

RequirementDetails
EducationA bachelor's degree in social work, community psychology, or a similar profession.
Experience2+ years of experience in case management, ideally with NGOs.
KnowledgeUnderstanding of adolescent SRHR, climate resilience, and youth empowerment.
SkillsGood at counseling, facilitating, and getting people involved in the community.
