Main Duties
| Duty | Description |

| Psychosocial Support | Help pregnant teens with psychosocial support and case management. |
| Resource Connection | Connect young people with healthcare, legal help, and job training. |
| Livelihood Programs | Help build livelihood programs that can handle climate problems. |
| Life Skills Training | Teach girls life skills and how to be financially independent. |
| Documentation | Write down success stories to make the program work better. |
Who Should Apply?
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| Education | A bachelor's degree in social work, community psychology, or a similar profession. |
| Experience | 2+ years of experience in case management, ideally with NGOs. |
| Knowledge | Understanding of adolescent SRHR, climate resilience, and youth empowerment. |
| Skills | Good at counseling, facilitating, and getting people involved in the community. |
