Job Summary

The Teacher Coach will support Enjuba’s Early Childhood Learning Program in Mayuge District by developing lesson plans, training teachers, and providing ongoing coaching. The role involves observing classrooms, leading professional development sessions, and offering real-time feedback to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes.

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

Assist in organizing lessons and supporting early childhood programs
Observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback to teachers
Deliver training and professional development sessions for teachers
Mentor and coach teachers to improve their instructional practices
Collaborate closely with instructional staff and the Enjuba team

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
Experience teaching phonics (mandatory)
Previous experience working with young children is an advantage
