Job Summary

Mobikey, a logistics-focused company specializing in trucks, buses, and spare parts, is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee operations in Kampala.

This role ensures efficient inventory management, timely dispatch, and high customer satisfaction, supporting Mobikey’s commitment to operational excellence in Uganda’s automotive logistics sector. The Warehouse Team Leader will lead a team to deliver seamless warehouse operations, contributing to the company’s reputation for reliability and efficiency

Duties

• Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Optimize inventory processes
• Implement warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ensure compliance with Uganda’s safety regulations
• Train and supervise staff
• Monitor performance metrics
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to meet delivery schedules
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
• Address operational challenges proactively
