Raising Gabdho Foundation is a social business that helps weak communities by coming up with new ideas, making things more sustainable, and teaching people new skills.

Our internet radio station is here to give a voice to the community and share timely, relevant material on important topics like climate resilience, entrepreneurship, and the well-being of refugees.

Responsibilities, Roles, and Duties

Write and research articles, blog entries, and human interest stories that are about the community.
Talk to people who are working on the project, partners, and people who will benefit from it.
Edit and proofread written submissions so that they are ready for publication.
Help in uploading content and layout to the web platform.
Work with the communications team to make sure that the newspaper's content matches RGF campaigns and radio shows.
Keep track of interaction and get input to make things better.

Skills, Education, and Qualifications

You just graduated or are about to graduate with a degree in journalism, communications, development studies, or a similar discipline.
Love stories about communities and media that focuses on development.
Good at writing, editing, and doing research.
Able to work alone and from home with some help.
It helps to know how to use blogging platforms or digital publishing tools, like WordPress or Canva.
