Raising Gabdho Foundation is a social business that helps weak communities by coming up with new ideas, making things more sustainable, and teaching people new skills.

Our internet radio station is here to give a voice to the community and share timely, relevant material on important topics like climate resilience, entrepreneurship, and the well-being of refugees.

Responsibilities, Roles, and Duties

Help plan and schedule weekly radio and podcast shows.
Help write, record, and edit episodes.
Help set up interviews with guests and other show arrangements.
Take care of the basic technical setup for live or recorded broadcasts (training will be given).
Share and promote material on all of RGF's digital platforms.
Get feedback from listeners and share your suggestions for how to make the program better.

Skills, Education, and Qualifications

Recently graduated or about to graduate in journalism, media, communications, or a related discipline.
An interest in community radio, podcasts, or digital stories.
Being able to write and talk well.
Self-motivated, curious, and able to work alone or with others.
It's helpful to know how to edit audio, but it's not necessary.
