The Calling Executive will engage with potential and existing customers to promote ABC Impex Africa’s tile and sanitary ware products, qualify leads, and maintain accurate customer interaction records in a dynamic, entry-level customer service role.

Job Title: Calling Executive (Entry-Level Customer Service Jobs)

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

Important Duties and Responsibilities:

• Call potential or current customers to promote products or services, explain what they are, and convince them to take action.
• Find and qualify leads from cold or warm databases.
• Take calls from customers that come in.
• Keep accurate logs of calls, results, and customer information in the CRM or calling system.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Good verbal communication and listening skills
• Confidence and a convincing way of speaking
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
• Patience and the ability to accept rejections professionally
• Ability to manage time and accomplish calling goals or quotas
• Preference for female candidates
