Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive in Kampala. The position involves managing client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include improving customer experience, analysing client needs, and supporting sales initiatives to achieve business objectives. The executive will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating effective communication and maintaining long-term relationships.
Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Lead customer relationship management to enhance retention and satisfaction
 - Improve customer experience through proactive engagement and solutions
 - Analyse client needs and feedback to drive product and service enhancements
 - Support sales initiatives by providing customer insights and relationship support
 - Serve as the primary contact for customer queries and escalations
 - Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams
 - Maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business
 
Qualifications, Education, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
 - Prior experience in customer relationship management or related roles
 - Strong analytical skills for assessing customer data and solving problems
 - Experience in customer retention and enhancing customer experience
 - Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients effectively
 - Background in sales and fostering customer loyalty
 - Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
