Job Overview

This is a temporary 6-month part-time internship ideal for an entry-level candidate You will be part of the Customer Experience department acting as the frontline support for customers with a focus on managing repayments and resolving complaints to ensure a positive experience

Responsibilities and Duties

Your core mission is to provide world-class customer service Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Interaction: Making outgoing calls to customers managing complaints with empathy and following up on issues until they are fully resolved
  • Education and Support: Educating customers about their finance agreements and providing accurate product information
  • Data Management: Entering high-quality and accurate customer interaction data into the company's systems
  • Team Collaboration: Escalating unresolved issues to your supervisor and contributing ideas to improve the overall customer experience
