Open Positions and Important Information

1. Receptionist (2 Positions)

Be in charge of the front desk, greet visitors, answer phones, keep visitor logs, and help with general office tasks.

Requirements: a diploma in office management or secretarial studies, great communication skills, and 1–2 years of experience.

2. Car Drivers (4 Positions)

Safely drive staff and materials, keep the assigned cars in good shape, follow the routes, and obey traffic laws.

Requirements: A Class B or higher driving permit, a defensive driving certificate, a clean record, and at least three years of experience.

3. Accountants (4 Jobs)

Make financial statements, keep track of accounts payable and receivable, do reconciliations, help with planning and audits.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a CPA or ACCA Level II or higher, and 2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing are preferable.

4. Customer Care Executive (4 Positions)

Answer client questions, deal with complaints, give product information, and keep customers happy.

Requirements: a diploma or bachelor's degree in business or a similar profession, 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, and fluency in both English and Luganda.

5. Manager of Administration (2 Positions)

Make sure that the office runs smoothly every day by overseeing operations, coordinating logistics, and managing administrative staff.

You need a bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources and at least five years of management experience in manufacturing or construction.

6. CCTV Technician (1 Position)

Install, fix, and keep an eye on CCTV and security cameras all over the company's property.

Requirements: a diploma in electrical or electronics engineering and at least two years of hands-on experience with CCTV.

7. Security Officers (10 Positions)

Protect corporate property, keep an eye on access points, patrol the area, record occurrences, and make sure security rules are followed.

Requirements: a security training certificate (UPDF/Police discharge is a plus), good health, and at least two years of experience.

8. Labor Supervisor (6 Positions)

Oversee factory workers, give them duties, keep an eye on their productivity, make sure they follow safety laws, and send in daily reports.

You need a diploma in any discipline and at least three years of experience as a supervisor on a building site or in a factory.

9. Marketing Executive (2 Positions)

Manage social media, run marketing campaigns, do market research, and help with promotional activities.

Requirements: a bachelor's degree in marketing, at least two years of experience, and good digital marketing abilities.

10. Sales Executive (4 Positions)

Find new customers, show them steel products, make deals, and keep them for a long time.

Requirements: a diploma or bachelor's degree in sales and marketing and 2 to 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the steel or construction industry.

11. Assistant Marketing Manager (1 Position)

Help with planning strategies, running advertisements, looking at market trends, and keeping an eye on the brand's image.

You need a bachelor's degree in marketing, at least four years of experience, and leadership and analytical skills.

12. Sales Manager (2 Positions)

Set goals, lead the sales staff, make plans, manage important accounts, and increase sales.

Requirements: a bachelor's degree in business or sales, at least six years of experience, three of which must be in management, and a demonstrated track record in sales.

13. Assistant Sales Manager (2 Positions)

Help the Sales Manager plan, supervise the team, find new leads, and take care of customer relationships.

Requirements: a Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales, at least four years of experience, and good leadership and negotiation abilities.
