The Work

As the Data Analyst you will help the Insights team make decisions and help operational departments carry out their programs by using data analysis visualization and data modeling to find patterns and make recommendations You will also have to

Making tools to help the Insights team look at our data and find patterns insights and dangers that will help them carry out their programs every day
Making and keeping data dashboards up to date from local operations and external sources
Making clear reports and suggestions from your results that will enable teams all over the world and in your area have better control over their procedures

About You

You are a rational thinker who comes up with useful ways to address problems You pay attention to the little things and make sure that chores are done on schedule

What You Need

A degree in a related discipline such as economics population studies statistics mathematics public health or another social science
More than five years of experience as a data analyst
You should be good at utilizing Excel R STATA SPSS Tableau Power BI or other data visualization software to analyze data It would also be very helpful if you have worked in the public health field before
Right now you live in Portugal South Africa Uganda or Nigeria (this is required)

We at Tiko think that being open is important even when it comes to pay In Portugal the gross monthly salary range for this job is €2,123 to €3,184 in South Africa it is R42,271 to R63,407 in Nigeria it is ₦1,659,193 to ₦2,488,789 and in Uganda it is UGX5,514,527 to UGX8,271,790 plus benefits
