Role: Driver/Loader

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day transportation and loading activities.
• Operate trucks and other company vehicles in compliance with driving permit requirements.
• Ensure timely receipt of all airline orders for both scheduled and ad hoc flights.
• Prepare equipment for each flight schedule.
• Monitor and adapt to any airline menu modifications.
• Verify and tally all airline meals to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to all airline requirements and specifications.
• Load and unload flights efficiently.
• Complete truck checklists and inspect vehicles for operational readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness of trucks and airline trolleys as required.
• Complete logbooks and vehicle movement schedules accurately.
• Ensure trucks and operational equipment are in good working condition prior to use.
• Ensure accurate completion and delivery of catering orders to relevant departments in manufacturing regions.
• Adhere to all HACCP protocols.
