In Uganda, Sinopec International Petroleum Service Corporation (Sinopec Service Uganda) is a fully owned subsidiary of Sinopec Group, engaged in providing comprehensive project services for oil & gas, power, buildings, roads, and bridges. It plays a key role in the Tilenga Project in the Albertine Graben region, including construction of onshore facilities for production, storage, and export of crude oil through a Central Processing Facility (CPF) in partnership with McDermott under TotalEnergies E&P Uganda, with operations centered in Hoima and surrounding districts like Buliisa and Nwoya.
