• Help with events before during and after they happen
• Help set up and take down the equipment talk to clients on-site to make sure their needs are satisfied and help keep track of the event's schedule
• Help the DJs and IT crew make sure that the audio and video work together perfectly
• Take care of visitor questions and fix any logistical problems that come up during events

• You should have expertise organizing or helping with events
• Great people skills and customer service skills
• Able to work lengthy irregular hours such as on weekends and at night
• Ability to solve problems and work well under pressure
