Food for the Hungry (FH) is seeking a Gender & SBCC Specialist to integrate gender equality social inclusion and behavior change communication across its programs in Uganda.
This role focuses on ensuring projects are gender-responsive and socially inclusive addressing harmful norms affecting women youth and vulnerable groups The specialist will also lead FH Uganda’s safeguarding initiatives developing systems to protect children and adults from exploitation and abuse.

| Technical Skills | Strong understanding of gender mainstreaming frameworks safeguarding standards and participatory SBCC methodologies |
