The Program Coordinator will lead program design and execution strengthen community capabilities deliver technical guidance mentor.
Development Facilitators (DFs) and oversee monitoring and evaluation of all FH initiatives in their assigned Area Program ensuring alignment with FH’s mission Heartbeat values and mindset values.
This role demands a proactive leader with exceptional leadership skills deep expertise in community development focusing on Child Engagement Productive Learning Asset Creation Physical Health and Mental Wellbeing and a commitment to uplifting vulnerable groups in Uganda.
