Job Summary

Qualifications, Education, and Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering with at least second-class honors
Recent graduates or individuals with less than 3 years of experience
Applicants must be 27 years old or younger
Experience in air conditioning and refrigeration (advantageous)
Demonstrated leadership potential
Computer literacy
Strong analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Aggressive, proactive, and driven personality
