• Starting a new business
• Collection of premiums
• Cancellations and endorsements

• Important Skills and Attitudes Great people skills showing diplomacy and grace strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to come up with unique and collaborative solutions
• Very self-disciplined and proactive
• Ready to go to the field often
• Good in planning and organizing
• Necessary Skills Experiences and Qualifications A degree in insurance
• Five years of experience at a senior level in the insurance industry
• Showed that they knew a lot about underwriting and product development
• Skills in business growth sales and marketing
