The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified ICT Internal Auditor to join our robust audit team. This critical role is ideal for a proactive professional who will leverage technology to enhance audit processes, evaluate IT controls, and ensure the security of our financial and operational systems. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking and a strong foundation in both IT and auditing.

Main Duties

• Conduct and oversee audits of IT infrastructure, business applications, and information systems.
• Utilize Computer Aided Audit Tools (CAAT) to test controls and analyze data effectively.
• Assess the effectiveness of IT governance, risk management, and internal control mechanisms.
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure audit recommendations are implemented.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in IT, cybersecurity, and auditing standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, or a related business field.
• Full professional certification in CIA, CISA, ACCA, or CPA.
• Master’s degree or advanced business qualification is a significant advantage.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in an internal or external audit environment.
• Strong IT audit skills and hands-on experience with Computer Aided Audit Tools (CAAT).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
