We are looking for a careful and devoted Laboratory Technician to do a range of lab tests and procedures to help diagnose treat and stop the spread of diseases

 The best applicant will know how to use lab equipment observe stringent rules and make sure that everything is as safe and accurate as possible

• Use both automated and manual methods to do routine and specialized lab tests on patient samples such as blood urine tissue and more
• Use set up and take care of lab tools such analyzers centrifuges microscopes and pipettes
• Get samples ready for testing by making sure they are properly labeled stored and thrown away according to safety rules
• Use the Laboratory Information System (LIS) to keep accurate records of test results and report them
• Follow strong Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) methods to make sure that the results are accurate and trustworthy
• Follow the safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that have already been set up such as how to handle biohazardous waste
• Help with managing the inventory by keeping an eye on supplies and reagents placing orders and making sure that stock levels stay where they should be
• Work with pathologists physicians and other healthcare professionals to talk about results and help with technical issues
• Take part in competency assessment programs inside and outside the company
• Keep the workplace clean tidy and safe

• It is preferable that you have at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a busy diagnostic lab We encourage recent graduates with good grades to apply
• Strong technical skills in microbiology parasitology clinical chemistry and haematology
• Able to operate modern laboratory equipment and information systems well
• A strong focus on details and a promise to get the right results
• A good grasp of how to keep labs safe and stop the spread of infections
• Great at figuring things out and analyzing them
• Able to talk and get along with others well
• Able to do a good job on your own and with others
