Job Summary

Einstein Rising is seeking a dynamic and data-driven Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer to enhance our learning systems and ensure programs are evidence-based. The ideal candidate is passionate about impact, skilled in data management, and committed to turning insights into actionable strategies that empower entrepreneurs.

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

• Data Collection, Management, and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement robust data collection tools and systems to capture program outcomes and impact metrics.
• Monitoring, Reporting, and Learning: Design and manage monitoring frameworks to track program performance, generate regular reports, and facilitate learning loops for continuous improvement.
• Research and Evaluation: Conduct baseline, midline, and endline evaluations to assess program effectiveness and impact, using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Technical and Capacity Support: Provide training and technical assistance to program staff and partners on M&E methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, or a similar discipline
• At least two years of experience in M&E, preferably with entrepreneurship, livelihood, or social innovation programs

Key Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Stata, Excel)
• Experience in designing M&E frameworks and conducting evaluations
• Ability to work independently and in teams
