What the Role Is For

The productivity Supervisor will be in charge of the shop floor's daily manufacturing activities, making sure that safety, quality, and productivity goals are all fulfilled.

The job includes overseeing the production staff, working with maintenance and engineering to keep equipment running, putting in place operating procedures, keeping an eye on performance, and pushing for ongoing improvements in the battery manufacturing environment.

Requirements, Education, and Skills

• Candidates who have worked in manufacturing and FMG industries are preferred.
