Job Description

The Senior Manager will make sure that the Bank's LAN, WAN, computers, servers, network infrastructure, ATMs, cash deposit machines, and end points all work properly The job is in charge of setting up, upgrading the capacity of, and maintaining channels, hardware, operating systems, and data center operations

Main Duties

• Help create the organization's strategy and make sure policies are followed
• Keep bank networks, servers, ATMs, and CDMs running smoothly and make them better
• Handle hiring, training, and performance reviews for employees
• Plan and set up wide area networks with all the extra devices that go with them
• Take care of problems with internal and external audits
• Set up systems for reporting and measuring performance
• Make an ICT strategy and give advice on technical direction
• Build the yearly Business Transformation Program

Qualifications and Experience

Skills Needed

• Excellent understanding of IT policies and procedures
• Good at managing IT enterprise systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great talents in leading and talking to others
• Ability to think strategically and conceptually

Additional Qualifications

• ITIL, CISSP, and CCNA/CCNP certifications
• Worked in IT operations, systems engineering, or network administration
