Job Summary

Malaria Consortium, a leading global health NGO, is seeking a System Analyst to support the implementation of its global ERP system in Uganda. This role is critical for ensuring a seamless transition to the new platform, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the organization’s mission to improve health outcomes.

 The System Analyst will collaborate with finance, procurement, and other departments to integrate systems and drive data-driven decision-making, contributing to Malaria Consortium’s impactful work in malaria prevention and treatment

Duties

• Support ERP deployment, including data migration, system configuration, and user training
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Ensure compliance with financial processes
• Facilitate workshops to build staff capacity
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
• Ensure data integrity across platforms
• Liaise with global teams to align system functionalities with organizational needs
• Prepare reports to monitor progress
