Role Overview

Title: Technical Team Associate
Duration: 6 months (with strong possibility of extension)
Location: Flexible – Uganda, Zambia, or Ghana
Team: Global Technical Team

You’ll support strategic education programs, research, teacher training, curriculum development, and monitoring & evaluation across the PEAS network.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of teacher training programs and education content
• Contribute to monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) tools
• Conduct research and produce high-quality reports
• Analyze data and present actionable insights (Excel essential)
• Collaborate with country teams to improve program quality
• Help document and disseminate best practices across the network

Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Development Studies, Economics, or related field

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Experience in teacher training, curriculum design, or education programming
• Excellent data analysis and presentation (Excel required ; STATA/R a bonus)
• Collaborative, flexible, proactive, and results-driven mindset
