Program Overview
Join our inaugural Graduate Fellowship Cohort, a hands-on, high-impact program for young professionals to build real-world skills in sales, finance, logistics, partnerships, and fundraising. Work directly with schools, parents, and communities to scale a purpose-driven startup.
Available Fellowship Roles (20 Positions)
1. Sales Fellow REF: Sales
- Lead school and parent outreach
- Build sales pipelines and close deals
- Drive regional growth
2. Accounts Reconciliation Fellow REF: Accountant
- Daily sales and vendor reconciliations
- Monitor margins and financial accuracy
3. Partnerships and Community Fellow REF: Partnerships
- Build networks with schools, NGOs, and community leaders
- Expand brand visibility and impact
4. Logistics and Distribution Fellow REF: Logistics
- Coordinate last-mile delivery operations
- Optimize routes and vendor partnerships
5. Fundraising and Community Investment Fellow REF: Fundraising
- Engage impact investors and community funders
- Build campaigns and pitch to accelerators
Who We’re Looking For
- Education: Recent graduates or early-career (0 to 2 years exp) in:
- Business
- Marketing
- Logistics
- Accounting/Finance
- Community Development
- Location: Based in Wakiso or Kampala, Uganda
- Mindset: Passionate about education, innovation, and community impact
- Traits: Self-starter, fast learner, hands-on, purpose-driven
