Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and generate new leads in supermarkets, restaurants, factories, and wholesale businesses
- Conduct product demonstrations and close sales for iGourd’s POS and ERP solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Provide market feedback to help improve products and strategy
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and onboarding
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation for clients
Qualifications, Education, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven B2B sales experience (software, POS, or IT solutions is a big advantage)
- Strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Data-driven: able to analyze performance and turn insights into action
- Highly organized with strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using CRM systems and modern sales tools
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Team player who thrives in a diverse, fast-paced environment
