Summary of the Job: The Account Manager (Sales Associate) is in charge of building and keeping good connections with clients. The main job of the person in this capacity is to make sure customers are happy while also establishing and maximizing sales possibilities.

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Business Development
  • To get more business for motor vehicle financing, build and keep relationships with bonded warehouses, car dealerships, and motor vehicle distributors.
  • Look for and qualify potential clients for finance services.
  • Tell consumers about their financing alternatives and help them fill out the paperwork.
Internal Collaboration & Market Intelligence
  • Work with other teams in the company to make the financing process run smoothly and quickly.
  • Keep an eye on your competition and industry trends to find ways to expand.
Field Operations & Reporting
  • Visit the field every day and send reports to the line supervisor.
  • Meet your daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Write and share weekly sales reports.

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

Education Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a similar discipline.
  • More training in sales, marketing, leadership, managing teams, or running a business.

Needed Experience:

  • At least one year of experience in sales or company development.
  • You must have worked in the automobile sector or in financing or selling cars.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Good in talking and negotiating.
  • Ability to make and keep connections with important people in the automobile industry.
  • Experience selling or financing cars and trucks.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programs well.
  • Good at managing time and organizing things.
  • The ability to solve problems and make decisions well.
  • Great at writing reports.
