Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

• Managing the branch's daily operations and making sure that the branch meets its monthly loan issuance goals with the help of branch staff.
• To reach the branch and company goals, you need to lead, watch over, and keep a good work environment with branch staff.
• Make sure that all channels are very productive by becoming involved with walk-ins, field sales officers' questions, agent questions, and boda-boda association questions.
• Every day, keep track of and balance the stocks, take care of the office's infrastructure, and follow the security rules that are best for the company.
• Make sure that any problems and disagreements are handled properly to keep peace at the branch.
• Make sure that the company's policies and procedures are followed and enforced, and that they are communicated with the branch from time to time.
• Come up with and put into action unique ideas that will assist the branch reach its sales goals, and use best practices to make sure the branch runs smoothly.
• Take care of the business relationship with all the people who work with the branch.
• Keep up a good customer service routine at the branch that makes sure both internal and external customers are happy and well served.
• Help make sure that communication across departments is clear when it's needed for things to run smoothly.
• Make sure the branch is clean and the stock is in the right place.
• Stay true to the company's basic values of honesty, teamwork, caring for customers, and being open.
• Any further tasks that may be given.

Requirements, Education, and Skills Needed

• At least two years of experience managing a branch, preferably in the Boda industry.
• Being good in managing client relationships, inventory, and operations
• Ability to run a branch, distribute duties, and keep things running smoothly
• Good in talking to people, organizing things, and using computers
