You will be the most important person in charge of the whole production operation as the Plant Manager. You will be in charge of making this new facility into a productive efficient and lucrative operation .

The quality of the work,  the amount of work done and the overall performance of the facility will all depend on your leadership. This is a crucial position that needs a mix of technical understanding business sense and excellent people management abilities to run all daily operations make sure safety rules are followed and push for constant improvement

• Create and put into action detailed plans schedules and strategies for production that will help the firm reach its goals
• Make sure that the whole manufacturing process runs smoothly with high quality low costs and high efficiency
• Be in charge of mentor and lead all department leaders and production workers
• Keep an eye on the plant's operating budget making sure that expenditures for labor supplies and overhead stay low
• Keep the workplace accident-free by strictly following health safety and environmental (HSE) rules
• Make sure that all products meet the requirements of customers and the national quality standards (UNBS)
• Talk to upper management about productivity indicators problems with operations and strategic plans

• At least three years of experience in a plant or operations management role preferably in the chemical or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries
• Proven ability to use lean manufacturing principles manage processes and make things
• Good at leading managing money and solving problems

You will be the scientific brain behind the business As a Chemical Engineer or Soap Chemist you will be in charge of making testing and improving the detergent goods Your knowledge will make sure that the products work can be sold and are made quickly You will work at the crossroads of research and development and production turning raw materials into high-quality final goods

• Create and improve novel detergent formulas such as bar soaps laundry soaps washing powders and liquids
• Improve the cost quality and efficiency of existing recipes
• Make sure that formulations can be scaled up from the lab to full-scale production
• Test the quality of raw materials in-process batches and finished goods and analyze the data
• Find and fix problems with the chemistry and formulation of the production process
• Make sure that all rules for handling chemicals and keeping products safe are followed

• At least two years of expertise in process design formulation and quality control in a relevant field
• Good at analyzing data and having strong analytical skills
• A lot of information about the chemistry of surfactants and the chemicals in detergents

As the Production Supervisor you will be in charge of the shift teams that run the production machines It is very important for you to make sure that daily production goals are completed safely and efficiently You are the direct link between the operators on the production floor and the management's strategic goals

• Directly oversee and organize the work of people on the production line
• Make sure that the ZT-500 Soap Production line and other machines work well
• Keep an eye on the quality and amount of production in real time and make changes right away if necessary
• Make sure that standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety rules are followed
• Teach new operators how to use the machines and follow safety rules
• Tell the Plant Manager about the shift's production numbers downtime and any problems

• You must be able to run machines and plants
• Having specific hands-on expertise running a ZT-500 Soap Production line is a big plus
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities

The Quality Assurance Manager is in charge of protecting the brand's good name You will set up and keep the Quality Management System (QMS) in place to make sure that every product that leaves the plant meets the highest requirements for quality consistency and safety Your watchfulness will stop expensive recalls and win over customers

• Build the whole QMS from the ground up put it into action and keep it running
• Set up quality control steps for every step of the production process from checking the raw materials to testing the finished product
• Run internal audits and oversee third-party audits for certifications like UNBS
• Find out what caused the quality problems and take steps to fix them and stop them from happening again (CAPA)
• Be in charge of a group of QC inspectors and lab workers
• Keep accurate records and reports on quality for management to look over

• A thorough understanding of quality management principles such as ISO standards
• Having worked as a QA supervisor before is a big plus
• Very careful about details and good at analyzing things

You are the most important person in keeping the plant running and making it more productive As the Maintenance Engineer it will be your job to make sure that all of the machines work well and reliably especially the important ZT-500 production line Your work in both preventive and corrective maintenance will be very important for keeping breakdowns from happening that are both costly and inconvenient

• Set up and carry out a schedule for preventive maintenance on all plant equipment
• Quickly find and fix mechanical electrical and pneumatic problems
• Keep track of the stock of important spare parts
• Be in charge of putting in and starting up new equipment
• Make sure that all maintenance work follows stringent safety rules (LOTO)
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and equipment history

• It is very important to have specific skills in keeping a ZT-500 soap production line running
• Strong technical and problem-solving capabilities in the real world

The Logistics Manager will make sure that goods move in and out of the plant without any problems You will be in charge of the supply chain making sure that raw materials are always accessible for production and that finished goods are delivered to clients quickly and at the lowest possible cost

• Oversee all aspects of the supply chain and logistics
• Manage the warehouse including keeping track of the merchandise storing it and sending it out
• Work with the sales team to set delivery dates and with the procurement team to order raw materials
• Take care of your ties with transportation and logistics companies
• Use inventory management solutions to cut down on waste and stockouts
• Make sure that customer orders are filled correctly and on schedule

• Proven experience in managing warehouses and inventories
• It's better if you have worked in a factory before
• Good in organizing and negotiating

As the first HR Manager you will lay the groundwork for the company's human capital From the start you will be in charge of hiring this first staff drafting corporate rules and making sure that the workplace is positive productive and follows the rules

• Make and carry out HR rules and policies that follow Ugandan labor regulations
• Be in charge of the whole hiring process for all positions
• Set up training development and performance management programs
• Handle payroll benefits and relationships with employees
• Make sure that human resource management follows the law at all times

• You must have a lot of understanding about Ugandan labor regulations
• It helps if you have experience building up HR departments or working in a start-up
• Great communication and interpersonal skills

You will be the brand's voice and the person who brings in the money Your job is to come up with a plan to introduce the new items get people to know about the brand and get a big portion of the competitive Ugandan detergents industry

• Do market research to learn about what customers want and what your competitors are doing
• Make a whole marketing and sales plan and put it into action
• Create and manage a sales team to reach revenue goals
• Oversee branding marketing initiatives and other promotional efforts
