This entry-level position is meant to help the factory run smoothly by keeping track of both financial and inventory data.
The best person for the job will be someone who is careful and honest, makes sure that financial records are correct, and manages stock well This will help the factory work smoothly and keep track of its money
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Accounts and Financial Management:
Make sure that every financial transaction that happens every day is accurately and completely recorded in the company's books
Make simple but important reconciliations, such cash and bank reconciliations, to make sure that the financial data is correct
Be in charge of getting all payments from sales that happen directly at the factory and keeping track of them in a professional way
Help with making regular expense reports and managing and giving out petty cash, making sure that all expenses are accurately recorded
Help put together and prepare monthly financial reports that are sent to the main office These reports give important information about how well the plant is doing financially
Make sure that all financial papers, including as receipts, delivery notes, and payment vouchers, are organized and easy to find for audits and reference
Inventory and Stock Control:
Keep detailed and current records of all the raw materials needed for production and the finished goods that are ready to be sold
Update manual or digital stock cards on a regular basis to show all stock movements in and out
Do physical stock counts on a regular basis and compare the actual stock on hand to the records in the inventory management system If there are any differences, look into them and fix them
Be a crucial part of official stock-taking activities, making sure they are done quickly and correctly
Keep an eye on inventory levels ahead of time to avoid running out of supplies Let the management team know right away when stocks need to be restocked
General and Administrative Support:
Help the factory management and team with general administrative tasks as needed to help the plant run more smoothly

Education
You need to have at least a diploma in accounting, finance, stores/procurement, supply chain management, or a discipline that is quite similar
Experience
At least two years of hands-on experience in a related job that involves managing accounts, inventory, or both It is strongly desirable that you have worked for a manufacturing, production, or distribution company before This will be a big plus
Technical Skills: You should know how to use basic accounting software in a practical way Able to use Microsoft Excel well (for example, applying formulas to analyze data and making spreadsheets to keep track of things) Personal Skills: Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail to make sure that all financial and inventory records are as accurate as possible Integrity: The job requires a high level of honesty and moral standards because you will be in charge of the company's money and valuable inventory Organizational Skills: You should be able to successfully arrange tasks, keep track of documents, and set priorities for your work
