NOGAMU seeks an Administration Officer to manage daily administrative human resource membership and logistical tasks ensuring efficient operations and supporting organizational objectives.
The role reports to the Head of Finance and Administration.

| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Human Resource Management Public Administration or related field |
| Experience | Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administration or HR in an NGO or corporate environment |
| Knowledge | Understanding of Uganda’s labor laws and HR best practices |
| Skills | Strong organizational multitasking and communication abilities proficiency in MS Office and office management systems |
| Language | Fluency in written and spoken English knowledge of local languages |
Initial 1-year full-time contract renewable based on performance and funding availability
