Role Overview

Location: Jinja Branch 
Type: Full-Time Leadership Role

You will drive branch performance through sales leadership, agent management, customer service excellence, and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales through lead generation, new customer acquisition, cross-selling & retention
• Supervise and ensure compliance of all agents
• Assist policyholders and oversee claims settlement
• Prepare and submit accurate production reports on time
• Develop and monitor sales incentive programs
• Recommend new branch/outlet openings in high-potential areas
• Manage policy renewals (letters, SMS campaigns, follow-ups)
• Ensure all outlets are properly branded
• Recruit, train, and performance-manage agency staff

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Certificate in Insurance (mandatory)

Experience Required

• Minimum 4 years in insurance sales & marketing
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role in insurance
