AMREF Flying Doctors is Africa's best aero-medical service provider and they are searching for a Business Development Associate in Uganda who is proactive and focused on getting things done .
This job is very important for increasing sales since it finds new business prospects through intermediaries (like insurance firms) and direct channels The Associate will be in charge of the whole sales process from getting leads to completing deals and they will also be in charge of creating and keeping good connections with customers
The successful candidate will be the brand's ambassador in Uganda and will be very important in helping the company realize its ambitious expansion goals and spread the word about these important life-saving services
Responsibilities and Duties / Main Tasks
Prospecting and Sales: Find and create new business opportunities on your own Follow up on sales leads and close deals to reach your income goals
Funnel Management: Build and keep up a strong sales funnel from target sectors like insurance corporations NGOs and embassies
Account Management: Give important accounts great account management service to keep them happy and keep them as clients
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Keep the company's CRM system up to date and accurate with records of all customer interactions and transactions
Payment Collections: Make sure that payments are collected on time and in line with the company's credit policy
Market Intelligence: Maintain an up-to-date diary of industry and competitor activity and provide regular comments to management
Client Education: Help clients learn about the features and benefits of the products and services offered by AMREF Flying Doctors
Reporting: Make reports on sales and activities every day week and month
Academic Qualifications
Qualification
A bachelor's degree in sales business administration or a comparable discipline from a school that is known for its work
Skills and Experience
Two years of experience working in business development or a related sales job
Taking business-related classes in customer service insurance finance or administration is a plus
Showed that they know how to use Microsoft Office and have some experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions
Understanding the market market intelligence and the company's goods
Great skills in talking to people helping customers and giving presentations
Can work well under pressure with a positive proactive and dynamic attitude
