Job Overview

M-Forte is hiring for a client described as a leader in the medical insurance industry in Africa. They are seeking a results-driven professional to manage relationships with multinational and national companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to securing purchase orders
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior executives (e.g. CEOs CFOs) across various industries
  • Achieving an effective sales conversion rate and driving significant growth

Qualifications & Competencies

QualificationDetails
ExperienceA minimum of 5 years of experience in product selling and business development
Sales PerformanceA proven track record in sales and new business development at a senior executive level
EducationA university degree or equivalent tertiary education
SkillsMust be self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

The offered package includes a basic salary plus commission along with an expense account mobile and travel costs
