Summary of the Position

The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will be in charge of protecting the Bank's data, systems, and digital infrastructure The CISO will create, put into action, and oversee a strong information security plan that meets industry standards and regulatory requirements

A Full List of Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

• Build, set up, and keep up the Bank's cybersecurity infrastructure in conformity with rules from the government and the Bank's own security standards
• Set up and keep an eye on security technologies including firewalls, data encryption, and antivirus software
• Keep an eye on the Bank's IT systems for security breaches and look into any security problems that come up
• Make sure that license agreements are followed and keep an eye on service level agreements (SLAs) with both internal and external vendors
• Do regular vulnerability assessments and put in place the controls that are needed to lower risks
• Keep up with new cybersecurity dangers and suggest ways to make things better
• Review and update IT operational processes every year to make control mechanisms better
• Make sure that data is private, correct, and available on all systems and infrastructure
• Lead IT security awareness and training programs across the bank
• Make sure that all laws, rules, and international standards are followed
• Take charge of responding to IT security breaches when they happen

Skills, Education, and Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Must have at least one of the following certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer for ISO/IEC 27001, or a cybersecurity certification that is the same as
• Proven knowledge in cyber governance, IT risk management, and information security

Skills in Technology

• A deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, standards, and frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, and PCI-DSS
• A good awareness of how to follow the law and rules in the banking and IT fields
• Knowing about trends in the fields of business continuity and information security
• Experience managing complicated IT environments and security tools in real life
