Job Purpose
Recover overdue loans through planned, scripted interactions. Build client relationships, negotiate repayment plans, and achieve collection targets while delivering exceptional service under team leader supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls
- Interview clients to assess repayment ability
- Negotiate partial payments and flexible plans
- Use skip tracing to locate clients
- Resolve queries and complaints promptly
- Follow communication scripts
- Build trust and long-term client relationships
- Log all interactions in CRM accurately
- Meet qualitative and quantitative targets
- De-escalate dissatisfied clients
- Guide clients on product use and repayment
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- No prior experience required (freshers welcome)
- Excellent verbal communication
- Strong negotiation and empathy
- Ability to follow scripts and processes
- Resilience under pressure
- Basic computer literacy
- Team player with ownership mindset
