Job Description in Detail

Job Title: Communications Coordinator

· Contract: 6 months with the option to work part-time or share the job Important: They are testing a four-day work week with the same salary

· Location: Remote in nations where ADD has staff (Uganda Kenya Tanzania Sudan Bangladesh Cambodia and the UK) We really want people from Bangladesh and Cambodia to apply

· The deadline is Monday September 22 2025 at 9:00 AM UK Time

Role Context: This job is all about writing down the tales of grantee organizations, spreading their messages and making content to raise money and make a difference

What You Should Look For:

  • expertise: You need to have proven expertise with social media (Facebook LinkedIn Instagram) web editing (WordPress) and email marketing (Mailchimp)
  • Skills: Great writing and editing skills in English for blogs and reports Values: A firm knowledge of and dedication to methods that shift power are anti-ableist and are anti-racist Having lived with a disability is very helpful
  • Traits: creativity the capacity to operate on a global team from a distance and cultural sensitivity
