Support program staff to ensure high-quality Annual Reports using project outcomes.
Collaborate with program coordinators to enhance SU brand identity through reports, publications, flyers, posters, and digital media.
Design and layout reports and other branded materials.
Develop creative concepts to promote SU’s brand and objectives.
Collect articles, stories, and images for the SU newsletter.
Maintain up-to-date SU social media pages with project information and activities.
Work with the advocacy and communications team on campaigns, events, and media-focused projects.
Assist in translating key materials, such as speeches and press releases.
Provide relevant information to local media when appropriate.
Support planning for donor visits and maintain marketing and resource mobilization documents.
Engage with SU staff on event organization and documenting pitch stories.
Train SU personnel on effective communication, documenting change stories, and capturing quality images and videos.
Perform additional communication tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Education
Degree in Mass Communications or Journalism; degree in human rights and activism is a plus
Experience
Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop
Design Skills
Experience in filming, video editing, graphic design, and graphic design software
Communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organization
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
Adaptability
Open to new ideas and eager to learn
Additional Skills
Photography and videography expertise (preferred); website administration (preferred)
