The Walimu Cooperative Union Ltd., which is a recognized cooperative under the Cooperative Societies Act, is looking for 150 Cooperative Marketing Executives to promote loan products and services in different parts of Uganda.

 Responsibilities include: 

Selling items, looking for sales leads, and making transactions. 

Getting new members to join for personal growth and SACCO loans through phone calls, emails, face to face meetings, and events. 

Doing field evaluations and reviewing credit applications. 

Checking the performance of sales and marketing to make sure they fulfill goals. - Looking at problems and suggesting ways to settle member complaints.

Elegibility 

 At least an Advanced Level Certificate and a Diploma in Cooperatives or any other business discipline. 

Having knowledge and expertise with finance and cooperatives is a plus. 

Good at talking, presenting, and analyzing. - Able to work under pressure and get things done on time. 

Good at using Microsoft Office and tools for managing money. 

Experience with credit analysis, risk assessment, and recovering loans (a plus).
