Summary of the Role
As the Country Sales Manager, you will be in charge of coming up with and carrying out sales plans, reaching more customers, and leading a high-performing sales team to speed up the adoption of WANA's sustainable energy solutions.
A self-motivated, passionate leader with a lot of experience in sales and distribution, especially in renewable energy or consumer goods, would be perfect for this job.
Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Make and carry out strategic sales strategy to help the business grow and reach its revenue goals
- Lead, manage, and inspire regional sales teams to meet their goals and KPIs
- Find new markets, ways to get your products to customers, and business partners
- Make sure you have good relationships with your distributors, partners, and institutional clients
- Keep an eye on and analyze sales data to give regular reports on performance and insights
- Work with marketing teams to plan and carry out field activation programs that will make your brand more visible and get more people to buy your products
- Make sure that all sales regions run smoothly and at a low cost
Skills, Education, and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline
- At least three years of experience in sales and distribution, ideally in the renewable energy, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or consumer goods sectors
- Experience directing and growing sales teams
- Good in analyzing, negotiating, and talking to others
- Willingness and ability to travel often and operate in a fast-paced, field-based setting
