Job Purpose

Manage daily courier operations for secure, efficient, and timely parcel/document delivery. Coordinate drivers, riders, sales teams, and clients to meet SLAs, uphold quality, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatching, routing, and tracking for on-time delivery
• Monitor schedules and ensure SLA compliance
• Coordinate pickups/drop-offs across all routes
• Allocate vehicles/drivers/riders optimally
• Verify delivery completion with proof-of-delivery
• Handle escalated queries and complaints
• Liaise with clients for issue resolution
• Track metrics: timelines, success rates, retention
• Prepare daily/weekly reports
• Support digital tracking/automation
• Maintain customer data accuracy
• Record inbound parcels and billing
• Coordinate upcountry teams on costs/reimbursements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree (any field)
• 2+ years in courier operations, logistics, or distribution
• Strong understanding of FMCG distribution
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving
• Proficiency in MS Office and courier software
• Strong customer service and relationship management
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
