Job Summary

We are looking for skilled experts to work on the Tilenga Project for our customer

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Work with Engineering and Operations to set targets for drilling and well operations in terms of time and money, at the level of operational sequences and the drilling campaign
• Report on how well you did on cost and time
• Spend time on site on a regular basis to learn about the work that is done, the problems that come up, the needs of the operational team, and how well the work is done
• Lead exercises on site and in town to find lost time and ways to cut it down, and keep improving
• Help manage the tubulars supply contract by predicting how much will be used, keeping an eye on stock levels and average unit costs, planning future spending, and reporting on actual spending
• Work with people in drilling and wells (engineering, operations, and management) to find out what they need and turn those needs into technological solutions
• Help other team members with duties that aren't related to operations but are very management-focused, including the budget, the campaign calendar, and fields that other people run
• Be the main point of contact for digital solutions in the department
• Keep up and improve the PowerBI displays that are used to report on safety, quality, and operational performance
• Teach other team members about digital tools and how to use them best
• Use Microsoft Power Platform to design and build digital tools, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Virtual Agents, AI Builder, and Custom Connectors
• Connect Power Platform solutions to other systems and apps so that data may flow smoothly and everything works together

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial performance measurement and improvement role
• Lean Management training
• Drilling and Wells operations or engineering experience
• Experience working with PowerBI and developing PowerBI visualizations
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Virtual Agents, AI Builder, and Custom Connector development
• Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and connectors
• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (PL600) certification is highly valued (if held, the certificate must be submitted along with the CV)
• Experience with Azure services and other Microsoft technologies
