Job Description

The Driver helps the project by doing all of the transportation tasks, such as taking workers to certain project locations, picking up and delivering packages for the organization, and keeping the car clean and in good working order

Main Duties

• Drive the ISSD vehicle and any permitted passengers to their approved destinations
• Help workers load and unload their bags and other goods for the organization
• Keep the vehicle clean by washing and cleaning it on a regular basis
• Keep an up-to-date log book that shows trip times, places, and when you fill up with gas
• Check vehicles often and make sure they get the maintenance they need
• Tell your boss right away about accidents, injuries, and damage to vehicles
• Park correctly to prevent the danger of being towed
• Do the office-related tasks that you were told to do

Special Requirement

You must report for duty no later than 7:00 AM and work on weekends as needed

Qualifications and Experience

Important Skills

• High moral standards and responsibility
• Good at talking to people and getting along with them
• Knowing the rules of the road for safety
• Always on time and dependable

Additional Qualifications

• Defensive driving certificate
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of the roads and routes in the area
