Job Summary

Pearl of Africa Driving School Uganda is seeking proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join as Instructors/Drivers at our new branches. This role involves providing safe and effective driving instruction, maintaining vehicles, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic training environment.

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective driving instruction to new learners in both theory and practice
• Teach clients basic mechanics before they take the test
• Maintain training vehicles in good condition and clean
• Track vehicle mileage and report to supervisors
• Prepare students for emergencies and build their confidence
• Ensure vehicles are parked in designated spots
• Assist branch managers with customer inquiries when not teaching
• Report accidents and ensure reported issues are addressed
• Ensure sales and customer service expectations are met
• Deliver excellent customer service and gather feedback after lessons
• Ensure student safety on and off the road
• Maintain mechanical safety of vehicles
• Ensure daily lessons match fuel consumption
• Ensure all mechanical issues are reported promptly and resolved

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

• At least a UCE certificate
• Valid driving permit for 5 years from the date of issue
• Excellent communication skills
