Job Summary
Prestige Driving School Uganda is seeking proactive and enthusiastic Branch Sales Personnel/Administrators with excellent customer service and communication skills to meet and exceed sales targets while managing branch operations.
Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Manage branch marketing activities
- Oversee branch assets, including vehicles, furniture, fixtures, office phones, and other equipment
- Manage branch petty cash floats and submit daily reports on petty cash usage
- Issue receipts to all customers
- Supervise branch staff and report any misconduct or poor performance to the Head of Human Resources
- Ensure excellent customer service by regularly collecting feedback and reporting complaints to supervisors
- Maintain branch vehicles in clean and good condition, reporting repairs to the Fleet Manager promptly
- Monitor fuel usage and ensure it aligns with the number of lessons conducted
- Coordinate with the Head of Finance to ensure timely payment of branch bills
- Track student schedules and align with instructors’ logbooks and mileage analysis
- Prepare weekly reports
- Submit client paperwork and follow up to ensure delivery to the corporate office and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies
- Maintain an updated inventory of sales items, such as traffic code books, learner’s permits, and road sign charts
Qualifications, Education, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Administration
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle stress and meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to achieve goals and targets
