Established under the Free Zones (Amendment) Act No. 30 of 2024, the Uganda Free Zones and Export Promotions Authority (UFZEPA) is a government entity formed by merging the Uganda Free Zones Authority and the Uganda Export Promotion Board.
UFZEPA oversees the establishment, development, management, marketing, and control of free zones while promoting and coordinating export activities in Uganda. The Authority aims to attract foreign investment, enhance export competitiveness, create jobs, and foster sustainable economic growth by streamlining operations and offering incentives. UFZEPA cultivates a dynamic, innovative, and professional work environment, providing opportunities in trade facilitation, investment promotion, and operations.
The Driver at UFZEPA will be responsible for operating and maintaining assigned vehicles in compliance with government regulations, traffic laws, and operational requirements, ensuring safe and reliable transportation to support the Authority’s activities.
