Job Summary

The Assistant Inventory Management Officer at UFZEPA will manage the receipt, recording, storage, and issuance of stores, ensuring accurate inventory records and efficient operations to support the Authority’s objectives.

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Receive, keep, retrieve, and issue stores in accordance with procedures
  • Receive and compile requisition orders
  • Verify invoices against goods received notes
  • Post and maintain accurate stores records
  • Conduct stock-taking and stock inspection

Qualifications, Education, and Competencies

  • Diploma in Stores/Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or equivalent
  • No prior work experience required
